How do I receive my invitation files?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the download links appear on the order confirmation page and are emailed to you. You can also sign in to your account at any time and download them again.
Which file formats are included?
Each listing shows the formats included. Most designs come as a print-ready PDF, a high-resolution PNG and a JPG.
How do I print my invitation?
Open the PDF and print at 100% scale (turn off “fit to page”). For the best result, print on matte or uncoated card stock, or take the PDF to a print shop on a USB stick or by email.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest. If you create an account, your downloads stay available in one place.
I did not receive my email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. You can also open the order confirmation page again from your account, or send us a message on the contact page with your order number and we will resend your links.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital files can be copied as soon as they are downloaded, we generally cannot refund completed digital purchases. If your files are damaged or do not open, contact us and we will fix it. See our Refunds and Licence page for details.
How long do my download links last?
Your downloads stay available in your account. If you ever lose them, contact us and we will help.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, depending on your location.
Can I use the invitations commercially?
Our designs are for personal use unless a listing says otherwise. Read the Refunds and Licence page for the full terms.
